The bluebonnets are more vibrant and beautiful than I’ve ever seen them. It’s hard not to get excited about springtime without driving by a rural country road with blurs of blue on the side.
A rousing game of Scattergories. My moderately competitive spirit is elicited by most activities, but there’s something about this particular game that amps mine up to another level.

When I think of the quintessential romantic gesture in any movie, my mind immediately conjures up the iconic scene of Lloyd Dobler standing outside Diane Court’s house with a boom box blaring “In Your Eyes” by Peter Gabriel with the look of lost pride and hopeless love on his face.
